My videos stop all the time???

Postby MichelCardoso » Sat Feb 20, 2010 12:25 pm

Hey!

I Have a brand new TVIX HD M-6500a and when I play videos they stop all the time during its on and then starts again and stops and continues and so on! What is this? Its so annoying I cant even watch anything!?

I have a 1TB in it and used approximatelly maybe 550gb so its not full or anything even tho that shouldnt do anything! I havent updated to firmware tho could it be that?

Please anyone that maybe knows about the problem or something please write me back  :(

Thanks!!!

Are you playing videos from the internal HDD?
What FW release is installed?
What format of videos are they?

Post a MediaInfo dump and answer the other two qustions to aid diagnostics ;)

If you are uncertain how do use MediaInfo, do a search of this forum to find guides that have been posted already ;)

Assuming you are using the latest firmware.

http://dvdnews.free.fr/TViX/M-6500/

Then when your dvico starts to go strange press the "VIDEO" button on the remote control.

You will find this will fix the problem.
